Featured Projects

Yelm Traditional Makeover

This original custom build for a one owner home was due for a major update on the main floor and daylight basement levels.  The main floor kitchen was plain and inefficient.  The basement did not have a kitchen but had all the makings of a complete family and friend long term stay space.

West Oly Main Floor Renovation

Main floor modernization to suite new owner’s lifestyle and preferences. Starting with a blank slate a mix of materials, colors, and textures were brought in to create a more cohesive organic feel.

Cooper Point Upgrade

New owners wanted to add personalized touches to their primary living and working spaces for function and storage.

Andrews Beach Remodel

A total re-do of the main floor opened the living areas and master bedroom spaces to more natural light and picturesque views of the Puget Sound. The new owners wanted to bring this 1960s vintage home into the 21st century but keep some cottage charm.

Puget Sound Cottage Remodel

The original cottage had been poorly added onto several times in the distant past and there was significant rot and powder post beetle damage.

Energy-Efficient Rambler

This secluded rambler on 5 acres of raw land was designed by Sandra Fugate of Fugate Design. The simple rectangular shape made for efficient design and building but belies the custom features and feel of the interior.

1970’s Farmhouse Remodel

An early 1970s two-story farmhouse was completely gutted of the dark panel, outdated flooring, block chimney, and fixtures.
